Kohenor Ltd. ("Kohenor", "we", "us") operates kohenor.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this website, why, and what control you have over it. It covers this website only — not the separate contracts we sign with clients for development work, which have their own confidentiality terms.

Information we collect

Chat widget. If you use the chat button on this site, we store the name you give us (optional), the messages you send, and a random token saved in your browser so the conversation is still there if you come back. We do not require an account or email address to chat with us.

Contact by email or WhatsApp. The Contact page links directly to our email address and WhatsApp number. Messages sent that way are received in our own inbox and WhatsApp account, each governed by that provider's own privacy policy — we don't control what Google or WhatsApp does with a message before it reaches us.

Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers log standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps — used for security and to keep the site running, not to identify individuals.

Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it's remembered next time. It never leaves your device.

Advertising and cookies

This site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. How long we keep it

Chat conversations are kept so we can refer back to earlier context if you get back in touch — there's no automatic deletion window at present. Server logs are typically retained for a short rolling period by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete a chat conversation at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

Kohenor Ltd. is registered in the United Kingdom, and we apply UK GDPR standards to personal data regardless of where a visitor is located. Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business visitors and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

International transfers

Our hosting infrastructure and the third-party services we rely on (including Google's advertising and analytics products) may process data outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and standard contractual protections.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the effective date below if this policy changes materially. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
