Most of our 59 completed projects have been for clients in the UK, US, Australia, and Europe. Time zone overlap is limited but workable — we're explicit about response windows upfront.

How long does a typical project take?

Audits and rescue work run in days. A WordPress build is usually two to six weeks; a Next.js application three to ten, depending on how much custom logic sits underneath. SEO and email are ongoing by nature — three months is the shortest window where the work can be fairly judged.

How quickly can you start?

Usually one to two weeks, sometimes sooner for audits. We run a deliberately small book, so if we're genuinely full we'll tell you rather than take a deposit and queue you behind three other projects.

Yes, typically a portion upfront with the remainder split across agreed milestones. For larger builds the schedule is set out in the quote so there are no surprises about when payments fall due.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

We quote the change before doing it, and you decide. What doesn't happen is silent scope expansion that appears as a larger invoice at the end — if something was in the original written scope, it's in the original price.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes, and it's a significant share of what we do. We audit the existing code before quoting, because pricing an inherited codebase blind is how both sides end up unhappy. Sometimes that audit concludes a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue, and we'll say so.

What if I don't like the result?

You shouldn't get that far without knowing — you review working software on staging every week, so problems surface in week two rather than at handover. If something we built doesn't match the agreed scope, we fix it.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

We can, on a monthly basis — updates, backups, monitoring, and small changes. It's optional, deliberately. The build is documented well enough that you can hand maintenance to anyone, including your own team.

Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5). That's a working overlap with the UK, Europe, and Australia, and a partial one with the US. We agree response windows at the start instead of implying round-the-clock availability nobody actually provides.

We use AI tooling the way any current developer does — as an accelerator that a senior developer reviews, not as a substitute for understanding the code. Nothing ships that we can't explain and maintain.

We build to sensible accessibility standards as a default — semantic markup, keyboard navigation, contrast, and alt text. Full WCAG AA certification with a formal audit is a separate scope, and we'll price it if you need the paperwork.
