Tracking Information
When will I get tracking? You’ll receive an email with tracking information within 1-3 business days after placing your order (once it ships). International tracking becomes active once the package enters the destination country’s postal system.
Understanding Your Tracking Status
“Order Confirmed” – We’ve received your order and payment. Processing begins.
“Processing” – Your items are being carefully packed and prepared for shipment (1-3 business days).
“Shipped” – Your package has left our facility and is in transit. Full tracking details available.
“In Transit” – Package is moving through international shipping network. Updates may be intermittent during customs clearance.
“Customs Clearance” – Package is being processed by customs authorities (normal delay: 2-7 days). No action needed from you.
“Out for Delivery” – Package is with your local courier and will arrive today or tomorrow.
“Delivered” – Package successfully delivered! Check tracking for delivery location and signature details.
Tracking Tips
International Tracking Gaps: It’s normal for tracking to show limited updates for 3-7 days during customs processing. Your package is still moving—just not being scanned as frequently.
Multiple Tracking Numbers: Large orders may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. Check your email for all tracking details.
Carrier Changes: International shipments may transfer between carriers (e.g., DHL to USPS). Use the tracking number from your shipping email—it works across carriers.
