International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their destination country. We provide all required customs documentation with every shipment.

Quick answers about delivery, tracking, and customs.

Yes — every order, every destination, no minimum spend. There are no delivery fees at checkout. The price shown on the product page is the exact total you pay.

We partner with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, FedEx International, and USPS depending on your location. Carrier selection is optimised automatically for the fastest and most reliable route to your destination.

UK orders include VAT with no extra charges. US orders under $800 are typically exempt under the de minimis threshold. EU shipments usually clear without issue. For other countries, import duties are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control — worth checking before ordering if your country has low import thresholds.

Tracking gaps of 3–7 days are completely normal during international customs processing. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, email support@kohenor.com and we'll investigate immediately.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@kohenor.com straight away and we'll update it. Once dispatched, address changes require carrier-specific procedures and may not always be possible.
