I tried to brew coffee from capsules, I’ve never had such coffee before, I took L’Or capsules for a lungo, the extraction is strong, the coffee turned out good, I generally don’t like pure coffee, but here it’s really a very good result, the taste is great. The package of capsules says that 110 ml of water is needed, the machine 80 ml, but I didn’t close the machine and added water during the process, as the extraction takes 70 seconds, and 80 ml went somewhere in 40-50 seconds, so you can add more and nothing bad will happen. This has been a complete god send for work. I live in the uk and the compatible nespresso pods from lidl work wonderfully well. I find one nespresso pod makes a reasonable small americano, two pods for a more reasonable size. I am not sure how good this would be in a portable sense as heating up the water takes a long time. That said for work where i add boiling water, it is great for one or two cups, any more and the first one is getting cold.

I tried to brew coffee from capsules, I’ve never had such coffee before, I took L’Or capsules for a lungo, the extraction is strong, the coffee turned out good, I generally don’t like pure coffee, but here it’s really a very good result, the taste is great. The package of capsules says that 110 ml of water is needed, the machine 80 ml, but I didn’t close the machine and added water during the process, as the extraction takes 70 seconds, and 80 ml went somewhere in 40-50 seconds, so you can add more and nothing bad will happen. This has been a complete god send for work. I live in the uk and the compatible nespresso pods from lidl work wonderfully well. I find one nespresso pod makes a reasonable small americano, two pods for a more reasonable size. I am not sure how good this would be in a portable sense as heating up the water takes a long time. That said for work where i add boiling water, it is great for one or two cups, any more and the first one is getting cold.

I have tried it with Dolce Gusto and ground coffee. With pleasure, even though the volume is small, the taste is really enjoyed and it can be diluted with a little more water, and the taste remains delicious. With ground coffee, it is preferable to place and compact the powder to obtain an intense drink. Need to try with Nesspresso but overall a good purchase.

You can pour 8 grams into the capacity for powdered coffee. If you pour 30 ml of water, you will get 22 ml of espresso. The taste is pleasant, it feels like the coffee maker applies the necessary pressure. I poured water at 95 degrees immediately. Under such conditions, I received a good drink. But I like a larger quantity, so I will have to buy a refillable capsule. Now I will figure out what is the maximum size. I hope to receive at least 50 ml at a time.

I bought it for a colleague. It has adapters for large DolcGust. Capsules, small Nespresso capsules, and an adapter/strainer where you can put coffee grounds for brewing. It has a battery charge indicator and shows how hot the water is when boiling. The tank is 80ml which I personally don’t find particularly large but it still works quite well. We’ll see how long and well it continues to function 😉. The colleague was initially satisfied with the machine 👍.
