How to Initiate a Return

    Email returns@kohenor.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

    Receive Return Instructions

    We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorisation and full shipping instructions. Do not send items back before receiving authorisation.

    Pack & Send

    Securely pack the item in its original packaging where possible. Ship it back using a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your full refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive email confirmation.
